Agree the inspection plan

• Incoming materials, in-process checks and final inspection as required
• Record dimensions, construction, appearance, quantities and deviations

Collect usable evidence

Documentation must identify the selected grade, manufacturer and order scope.

• Available test reports, quality-system records and inspection results
• Batch information, packing evidence and corrective-action follow-up

Prepare for export

Confirm packing, marking, shipment documents and release conditions before dispatch.

• Protective wrapping, moisture control, pallets and labels
• Destination requirements, Incoterms and delivery milestones
