Scope
These terms govern access to and use of beneaero.com. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
Commercial transactions are governed by the accepted quotation, order confirmation, specification, contract and other written terms agreed for that transaction.
Website and technical information
Website content supports general B2B information and preliminary product evaluation. Availability, descriptions, images and technical information may change without notice.
Published values may be typical, supplier-provided or grade-specific. Confirm the applicable TDS, test method, revision and supplied construction before relying on a value.
Engineering and suitability
BeneAero may provide preliminary material screening, comparison or project coordination. This does not replace detailed engineering, regulatory approval or validation by the responsible buyer, designer or authority.
The user is responsible for confirming suitability, safety, installation design and compliance for the complete system and intended conditions.
RFQs, quotations and orders
An enquiry or RFQ is a request for review and is not an order. A quotation may include assumptions, validity, minimum quantity, Incoterm, exclusions, payment terms and supplier-dependent lead time.
No order is binding until it is accepted through the stated commercial process. Changes to scope, specification, quantity or delivery may require a revised quotation or acceptance.
Samples and validation
Samples are supplied for evaluation under the applicable sample or quotation terms. Sample identity, construction, condition and test method should be recorded.
A sample or component result does not by itself demonstrate the performance of a complete insulation system, coating system, installation, battery pack or fire-rated assembly.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
BeneAero website text, graphics and branding may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights.
Buyer drawings, marks and confidential project information remain subject to the applicable project terms and any NDA. Do not submit information you are not authorised to share.
Third-party products and links
Manufacturers, laboratories, carriers and other third parties may provide products, reports, certificates or linked content. Their terms, methods, rights and limitations may apply.
A link or reference does not mean BeneAero controls or guarantees a third-party website or service.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, interfere with availability, scrape content unlawfully or submit information that infringes another person’s rights.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, users or business operations.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted access, error-free content or fitness for a specific application.
Commercial warranties, liability limits and remedies, if any, are defined by the applicable quotation, contract or order terms. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The updated date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the revised website terms apply from their stated date, subject to applicable law.
